It is sad that we'll be losing songs. First was 「サイバーサンダーサイダー」, 「Sweetiex2」, 「Colorful World」 and 「Gravity=Reality」 in the middle of July and now 「全城熱愛 -Feel the Love-」, 「大藝術家 -The Great Artist-」 and 「PONPONPON」 by August 1?

Seriously, just stop removing every song already! I wish they could keep the songs by renewing or reviving it.

You wanna waste money on old songs that probably don't have any relevance anymore? Alright.

And it's expensive to have liscenes unless they're dirt cheap garbage. You have to pay alot.

And you have to consider whether or nor people will actually play it.

Licenses are NOT dirt cheap garbage! These songs can be from any decade like the 90s or the 00s, I grew up listening to Eurodance on my own.

Uhh, i've been reading some bemanistyle tweets and one of them says this patch will be the last based in the version code, and all the content will be unlockable.

You're starting to sound like people who don't listen to "old" music because no one listens to them anymore. If you're seriously telling people it's bad to play old music, just please don't go to any arcade. That's the worse type of thinking.

They can't keep these kinds of songs forever.

Believe that was meant to be more like "you want [Konami] to waste money on old songs that [aren't making money back because not enough people play them] anymore," not "you shouldn't pay for old songs that aren't relevant."

By all means, play old songs that are still there... that's how we prevent this from happening. Sort of. Only so much one person can do. Enjoy whatever's there while it's there.

Question: Are you sure they're gonna upgrade the software kit for DanceEvolution ARCADE since Kinect was discontinued?

From what I see here, Asian versions of the game are unaffected by changes post August 1, 2016. Japan has a new song, removed 2 songs and have added the capability for machines to go in offline mode.

DEA's e-Amusement servers are still active and arcade operators have the choice whether to go online or not. The only "perk" of going offline is that Challenge songs are unlocked (except for Kind Lady, Astroemeria and TADAYOSHI).

Maybe DEA's trying to incorporate popular in-house and indie productions rather than going for popular licenses?

DEA'S Twitter has confirmed that eAmuse for the game will be going offline on August 31. Sleep well, sweet prince.

Oh and there goes the only Konami dancing franchise that I find more fun to watch and play *dodges tomatoes* than DDR.

Wow I didn't see that coming. Like they did it with Future Tom Tom in the first place!

The Philippines just started having these games here. The most recent release here was just a few weeks ago! Do you think this will apply to the Asian cabinets as well, since it's the Asian version we're on. Hopefully this game will still be playable even if it's offline. It definitely sucks.
