So, how do I input the Konami Code on a touch-screen?

Swipe up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, then touch the B and A letters in the title screen.

This code can also be done on jubeat plus but its a little harder to pull off because of the way the title screen asks you to touch anywhere to start the game.

Looking at the screenshots for the upcoming update, I couldn't help but notice a lock symbol when you put on some of the new mods. Just like in jubeat plus when you play on RANDOM, the game won't keep your records.

The update has been released here some of the things it does.

PASTEL mode is awesome for grinders who want points fast. You can select the blue or black pastel kun to versus against and rack up points real fast.

I don't really get what GHOST mode does.

Infinite JUST REFLECs is kind of a waste. You don't get 10 point bonuses for every JR you pull off. It also does not save your records. It is to cool to see a constant barrage of JUST REFLECs on display though.

FULL COMBO mode is just the game running on AUTOPLAY.

GHOST mode is perfect for who wants to beat your own best score... every time that you play a song, it record all your gameplay, if you activate GHOST mode, your last best score gameplay will be your rival.

Oh wow Luis that's great info on ghost mode. Really good for improving your game when you go against yourself.

Well... i found a kind of bug on Ghost Mode... some songs with multiple objects (6 at same time) don't show the respective amount of them. ("FLOWER" and "打打打打打打打打打打" SPECIAL, for example)

There's seems to be another bug when ghost mode is activated. It makes the slide objects disappear.

We got a pretty good pack this time- Polygon is one of my favorite Sota F. songs. They're all on the difficult side, too, so I'll have some fun with them- It probably won't be the best for playing with random people, though.

Now, if only they would release a new pack for Jukebeat sometime...

SPECIAL chart for "Anisakis -somatic mutation type forza-" is now avaliable on JP Sequences store.

So im very new to this game and noticed that the songs are kind of lacking.. Should i install the Japanese version? Are there better songs on there? And can you provide some tips for newer players. Right now i have to dim the CPU circles cause its VERY distracting and i hate playing like this cause it feels fake.. Thanks!

If you install the Japanese version, you should be able to get a bunch of free new songs unavailable on the US version. However, if you don't have a way to get yen, that's all you'll get. I've heard of a few sources, but I can't use them since I'm too young to own a credit card, and my parents are very wary of the source. (On that note, anyone know of some good sources, and can provide enough reassurance that can hopefully persuade my parents? I would love that.) If you do have the money, the Japanese version is far superior, with an expanded song list, frequent updates, and extra features that were recently added.

As for a few tips...
-Don't be afraid to use more fingers. When I play in public, people usually use just one finger. This way, you don't need to cross your hand over when you're holding down a note and another note crawls under that hand...
-You'd be surprised how many people don't know how the green notes work. I'll assume that you do, but keep them in your peripheral vision. If you know the song beforehand, you can probably anticipate when they'll hit- usually at the accents of the song.
-Once again, knowing the song beforehand is your best help. Since the notes move at varying speeds and angles, anticipation and knowledge of the melody will be your best tool.
-It gets easier as you practice. But as a fellow rhythm game fan, you should know this.
