The optimal setting for Osu is to be surrounded with Doritos and Mountain Dew, so you can easily 360-NoScope all the beatmap charts...preferably the Nightcore ones... without losing energy.

Well, if their computer is old enough, they could have issues with songs with videos and not realize the videos are to blame; after all, on my computer, any beatmap with a 720p video (like Anime openings/endings) seems to be able to mess up the game enough that the judgement/audio sync actually gets desynced in the middle of the song, making it unplayable.
But turning off the video fixes that, of course, and I don't really have any other playability issues even with a ~10 year old computer.
