DDR PS3 DLC pace seems more and more depressing now this is taking off...

I played Hot on Beginner... it's so insanely off sync I can't even tell what's going on.
Song was full length though, I wonder if they all are?

@Arctic Wolves yeah I think so...I had like...an absurd amount of greats on Duck, You Sucker.
Also, the steps on expert are like...one one one...FREEZE WITH 16TH JACKS TOSSED IN.

Neutral Konami..like...you could've asked ME to make the stepcharts and I owuld have done an INFINITELY better job than this. I hope this is only to see what songs people like and to put them in a future CS version because if this is anything other than THAT oh hell naw.

oh my god the steps make NO SENSE at all. It's basically all A Geisha's Dream (Ruffage Remix) for every single song, except worse. Totally unplayable. Shame, since these licenses are infinitely better than DDR PS3; they even had the presence of mind to use an actual dance remix of Hey Soul Sister. Can we combine the people choosing these licenses with the people writing X2 steps please?

I feel like sync drifts like a mutha. It's extremely hard to stay on beat, much worse than even pre-update DDR S.

Ok, I've played everything on the default list. I'm not going to waste a dollar to find out if the charts improve on the DLC. If KONAMI is looking to cut some costs first place they can do so is by firing whoever wrote those charts, and second whoever synced this game.

It's based off X still, with X announcer and lots of recycled graphics. The UI seems more smooth and fluid but it's inconsistent since it's a mashup of old and new. Achievements is a fun idea, but only if there are fun songs. The song choices are pretty good (default songs are eh, but the DLC are great choices). The songs are unedited, which is weird, since the one KO on the game (Emotions) is much shorter, and the songs have boring breakdowns which don't really make sense in DDR. I'd prefer ~2 minute edits.

I can't tell if this is the X rating scale, or the 1-10 scale. Damn, You Sucker is an 8, but is full of inane 16th jacks everywhere. Emotions is a 9, and feels like a gentle breeze across a baby's face in terms of difficulty.

None of the DLC seem to have Difficult shake steps, just Basic.

Ah well, back to S+.

I think Konami should re-hire DukAmok.

It would probably fall back on Apple for posting it early. This could have been an early build sent in for approval to go ahead and finish within their insanely stupid guidelines.

Either that, or they were stupid enough to submit a beta version instead of the final version.

"Not going through this again"
It would be such a waste of time if this was the final build. Unless if it throws in some good exclusive KO songs in the pack.
Whether you like it or not I am still here.

This is a disgrace to the DDR name! Duck, You Sucker and Riff's steps make absolutely no sense at all! They are entirely off the beat. Also, the information still shows DDR S+ options for the "DDR Store" section. Confused This wouldn't be too bad if Konami kept DDR S and S+ on the store, but guess what? They're gone!!! Goodbye DDR X2 DLC, it seems...
