So I was playing Pokemon Black and I went to the pokemon center, and the nurse told me one of my pokemon had pokerus. However, when I checked my team, none of them had the PKRS symbol on them. The only thing was a l: face on my Zarua right above Item: and next to the symbols, though I know it's not a symbol. Is this a glitch or...?

The PKRS eventually fades (I think it happens when you have a pokemon in your party with it and the day changes over on your DS, so you can actually preserve it by hiding them in your pc.). After it fades the pokemon that had it receives the dot. The pokemon with the dot still receives the effect, but it unable to transfer the pokerus to another pokemon,

Thank you for that link, but the problem is that the nurse notified me and there's no PKRS icon or dot anywhere, which is weird.

Er. The face is what I meant. The face is the indicator that the pokemon has the pokerus but cannot spread it.

in other words the Pokemon has recovered from the Pokerus. Anywho just got a 3DS yesterday (WHOO-HOO! A double whoo-hoo for it being a preowned TLoZ edition ) I'll update my profile to include unit ID and DL'ed Pokedex 3D (Can't wait for Pro version).

Update: just got word from Serebii.net that Learn with Pokemon: Typing Adventure is coming to Europe September 21st 2012. Now if we can get this and How to Play TCG DS to the US that would be awesome.

Just beaten the Elite 4 and Champion Alder yesterday! I'll post my Pokemon lvls much later on. Now I'm ready to take on Black 2! Also happy to announce that this is the first pokemon game I have beaten before the next release.

Does anyone have an idea for what I can use for my last pokemon slot? I don't have the national dex but this is my squad. All are around level 30
Onyx/Strength, Rock Smash, Stealth Rock, Payback
Haunter/Night Shade, Shadow Ball, Confuse Ray, Payback
Kadabra/Psybeam, Psycho Cut, don't know the rest...
Ponyta/Ember, Fire Spin, don't know the rest...

Also the only one thats training...
Lvl 18, Staravia/Fly, Wing Attack, don't know the rest


I've been thinking of either catchin a Gabite, Shellos, or a Chansey. Need help badly. T_T

I'd recommend a water type. I guess Shellos would be good but then switch Onix to something else to avoid the double ground.

I need a Tornadus as well. I already have Thunderus and I too be willing to do a temp trade so I can get Landorus. Also I have a Lvl 25 Oymanite up for trade on GTS looking for a low Lvl Gothorita.

I got my trade on GTS. Now to try to get all the pokemon for the Unova Dex complete.

Gosh, I thought I posted here. I have a Tornadus that I can temp trade. My Unova dex is already filled, so I'm not looking for anything in particular. But I could use info on who I should consider training in the 5th gen department. (Such as is Conkledurr worth it?)

Sweet I'll try to trade with you over the weekend. I use Conkledurr and yes I think its worth it.

Also proud to announce the First 3DS Pokemon game is going to be Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and The Infinite Labyrinth.

Conkledurr can absolutely be worth it. With a massive attack stat and good bulk it is pretty solid all around. Part of the issue comes with what you plan to use it for. Some of its best sets rely on egg moves such as drain punch or mach punch. That said, it can be a great user of substitute and focus punch. If egg moves are not a problem then it is a great choice, but if they are Conkleduur is still a good choice.

Yess, more Mystery Dungeon! I loved all the PMD games I've played (Blue, Darkness, and Sky) so I'm looking forward to Magnagate.

And holy shit Axew is one of the starters, making this the first Pokemon game to have a Dragon-type starter!

On top of that this will be the first stand alone MD, since the other versions had 2 of each MD.

good movie. Its interesting that Damon look like the Twin Princes from the past.

Can't wait for Kyureem and Keldeo.
