Hello there , whenever I play songs like Rin To Shite Hana No gotoku and Paranoia HADES on my stepmania , when it's time for my results to be displayed it freezes and never displays the result. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem ( both songs are official simfiles with videos )

SM4 has a problem with videos so
just put a bg background at the end of the song

I also can't play "X-mix 4" in SM 4.0
