Finally played Dance aRound today after avoiding playing it

I'm having a very hard time getting "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga to remain on sync for a simfile that I'm working on. Based on other simfiles for this song, it is a constant 119 BPM. The intro is fine, but right when she starts singing is when the sync goes awry.

I did cut the first ~7.5 seconds of the intro. (The cut starts at the first ma-ma-ma-ma.) But the reason for the drift can't possibly be an audio editing error becuase I have included everything between the first ma-ma-ma-ma and the start of the first verse. I've tried altering the BPM of the intro section to 118.99, 119.06, 119.03 and even 118.999. And it seems to be working the best at 118.999 BPM. The beat 0 offset is 1.261 seconds. I've tried altering that to 1.25, 1.25252525..., 1.2555555555555555..., 1.26, 1.26666666666666666... and 1.26262626262626... seconds, but it still seems to work best at 1.261.

So, what is happening when she starts singing that is making the steps drift? As I said, it can't possibly be an error in audio editing, it shouldn't be the wrong offset, and the song should be a constant BPM. What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE: I just decided to say "fuck it" and release it very offsync. If anyone would like to fix it, please go right ahead.
