It's very variable. It can literally be anywhere from "feeling like you have the flu for a few days" to "life-threatening". That's why it's so terrifying.

I happened to get just the "feeling like you have the flu" kind, along with my family, but we're all better now and we just finished our 2-week quarantine. We all think it's the Omicron variant because of how mild the symptoms were compared to Delta or even just COVID.

Yeah I’m just recovering from it too. My husband and I had mild symptoms but a cough and some congestion lingered longer than the rest of the symptoms. It truly is how crazy how bad it can be for some though I have a couple of friends in the hospital with Omnicron and it’s supposed to be way more mild. Prayers for all!

Yeah, all of us in my home got ours except my 4 year old who can’t. It’s not worth not getting it. Literally a 0.01% chance of side effects, unless your doctor says don’t get it you should get it.

My wife has covid. Again I'm glad we're all vaccinated. We're keeping the kids home from school and I'm taking them (and myself) to get tested. What a fucking week.

Getting a COVID test sent home hopefully arriving tomorrow. Had about six or seven coughing fits that lasted minutes upon minutes today.

It did not help when one of them came after drinking a glass of lemonade, so the combination of my body both wanting to belch and cough made me convulse so fucking hard I was convinced I was going to die for a brief moment.

Edit: Alright, tooting my own horn. I did not expect to be able to do this at 270 pounds. The 800k fail high score was my brother's, he's half my size so I didn't think I'd make it nearly as far as I did. I can't believe I held a gold combo as long as I did either.

I played SDVX at Round 1 for like the 6th(?) time ever and passed ホメ猫☆センセーション on ADV 9

I'm also dipping my toe into Dancerush and did Saturday Night Love (on a Normal 6) and passed that too and my friends said I looked cool doing it. It's really fun to dance freestyle as opposed to DDR.

I know these aren't big achievements but I'm really proud of my own growth in games that are new to me
