Do you own the game as Backup / ISO and a copy of Crysis?

I have the original and an ISO. I don't have a copy of Crysis however.

If your PC is capable of running Crysis at 1280 x 720 resolution and Higher you are capable to rip the videos. Get a copy of it if you can, then you replace the intro SFD (Which uses the Xbox 360 variant of Sofdec video)

My PC is capable of a lot. (It's still a pretty new machine, got it more than nicely loaded in September.) So having a copy of Crysis will allow me to convert the SFD files I have pulled out of the Uni3 ISO to AVIs? I've tried viewing the SFDs in VLC Media Player and all I get is a pixelated mess. (Even though I can still make out most of what it's supposed to be.) I still get the pixelated mess even when I pull out the mpeg from inside the SFD with a program like TMPGEnc. I wonder what I'm doing wrong here. What could I be missing...

You then replace the intro with the SFD you want to convert with the intro and use fraps to capture them. Make sure it stays at 60 FPS (Fraps can be a pain usually)

Brazen: It worked for me. lol but the demo displays some 'Demo Version' (or whatever, bad short term memory!) text in the corner. But that's fine. Thanks again! Wee!
