Sure, but i am seeing that the list in NA is getting bigger...(Miami-Dolphin Mall, Regal 18, stuff like that?)
...might want to condense it somehow, maybe organize into arcade, theaters, bowling alleys, etc to make it easier =P.

Aside from that, just learned from one of my friends who lives in the area that a GH:AC machine is in Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, probably going to check it out sometime this week to get more info on it, but i doubt there's anything new on it that we haven't already seen .

Oh wow! Thank you for this info!
If you can update us on who won the tournament, that would be most appreciated.
Yeah, still seems that online mode is still off for the moment...beh, who would care anyway/how would that work anyway? >_>

The winner of the State Final was Andrew Manettas. I didn't actually watch the State Final as it was my much needed day off but he was also the winner from our Store Final, which I ran myself and he was pretty awesome.
The State Final was a field of 12 (best 3 from the four Store Finals), Double Elimination. The winners bracket was best of three and the losers was instant knockout.
BTW here is a proper list for the GH machines by State in Australia (I know as definite):
Timezone George St - NSW
Timezone Hornsby - NSW
Timezone Liverpool - NSW
Timezone Tuggerah - NSW
Timezone Albert St - QLD
Timezone Browns Plains - QLD
Timezone Chermside - QLD
Timezone Surfers Paradise - QLD
Timezone Geelong - VIC
Timezone Knox - VIC
Timezone Fremantle - WA
Timezone Innaloo - WA
Timezone Joondalup - WA
Timezone Northbridge - WA
Timezone Whitfords - WA
There may be more but these are all the Timezone stores which participated in the competition, so I know they have machines

No problem
The National Final will be held 20th September at Timezone Surfers Paradise @ 1pm.
I'm not sure when the International Final, hosted by New Zealand, is set for though. I'll pass on any other info that comes my way regarding winners etc.
UPDATE:

Information regarding the National Final. The winner was the NSW State Finalist I mentioned before.

So ANOTHER date to put up onto the front page
By the way, have there been any talks about when the Online Mode will be available for the machines yet? And if they are ever going to put up a site dedicated for keeping scores/connecting through the GH:AC community?

We have one here at Joliette, Quebec. But it's not fun at all to play that, since you can only play one song for one buck or one premium song for two dollars. I rather prefer to play at home, honestly.

Raw Thrills have released an update. I still have no word on Online but this is what version 1.35 adds:
* Beginner Mode - Allows players with little or no Guitar Hero experience to grab a guitar and have a good time simply by hitting the strum bar. Players will get to play their selected songs in their entirety – without failure. Positive play experiences will increase repeat play, player proficiency, and game revenue.
* Continue Feature - Allows players to keep song, guitar, and character setups after their initial coin-up. Operators can adjust “continue pricing” to offer discounts as an incentive to stay on the machine, generating more repeat plays and additional revenue.
* Two Family Modes - Songs that may be deemed objectionable by the location can be removed from the play list. Certain characters and a particular venue have also been labeled as possibly objectionable - Judi, Casey, Reaper and the Hell venue. These characters and venue can now be removed as well, making the game more approachable. You can now place Guitar Hero Arcade machines in almost any location, increasing location opportunities.
* Time Limited Play Feature – Allows the operator to set maximum play time per mode. For example, on beginner mode (a no-fail mode) the maximum playtime can be set to 2 minutes. The game will then fade out and end the song normally.
- Guitar lag has been reduced
- High score names restricted to alphanumeric characters.
- Start buttons scroll through high score tables in attract mode.

...woah i completely forgot about this thread XP
Thanks for the update! Although i don't think we will ever see an online feature for this arcade machine anytime soon, at least they now have the option of getting more songs and a beginner mode for beginners...
...but the restriction on songs has me a bit worried though...but oh well, it can all be changed anyways.

I ran the firmware update for the guitars this morning and wow the timing feels so much better, the lag completely vanished, i didn't even have to calibrate anything. The machine update also wipes high scores which is kinda dumb. You can set things like star power tilt angle now which is a godsend. The firmware update alone fixed the issue where one of our guitars had to be at a higher angle than the other.
