I'm predicting a high 17 for the Expert chart with a slowdown section from 1:00 to 1:19. It sounds too dense and fast for a 16, and it wouldn't be a solid 18 unless a bunch of stepjumps or twisty patterns were thrown in, which Expert charts usually avoid.

Something interesting to note about this release:
Ability had to have been made around the same time as Surface, since Stessie retired that alias last year and made a farewell album (which you should all check out, by the way).

The new Golden Arrow challenge chart is a little rough with all the ambiguity after jumps and awkward patterns. I was hoping it'd go in this direction instead of a shock arrow chart, but now it feels like a finger curled on the monkey's paw.
A3's theme feels like a mix of memorable and awkward charts by different step artists of broadly different levels of experience, care, and competence. This can't have been made by the same charters who did The World Ends Now, Volaquas, or Ghetto Patrol. Maybe it's the Alpacacore challenge charter?

I don't know why they announce this three months before it happens, but the jubeat song packs and the CS songs from the vol.7 pack will be available to everyone at the end of June. The jubeat one is important because they were the first "buy both, get charts" packs Konami sold. I wanna see if the packs are unlocked this way, because if they are, there is honestly no reason to buy the packs outside of wanting 1 year of early access.
Unless, of course, you are someone actively using DDR GP, in which case I am glad to hear it's working out for you.

I hope in the future all of these GRAND PRIX exclusives will become available for all players, but seeing how KONAMI has been operating recently it could be years before we see these becoming a reality
