Stepmania Extreme Online Project

What is Stepmania Extreme Online Project?

It is a re-compilation based on the Beware Extreme Theme, to which new Online functionalities have been added. In this version you will be able to register on our website, create a profile and use it later within Stepmania Extreme in order to upload your best scores to the web and compete with the rest of the community.

What is the new?

Many things! But the main thing is summarized in the following aspects:

- Fast/Slow labels have been inserted for perfects and greats, and the timing has also been re-adjusted to make it more difficult and closer to the Arcade. The EX SCORE is also used as the scoring system. (This I posted a while ago on the Beware Theme topic)

- The versus mode is renamed Versus Avatar, which implements a small Artificial Intelligence (AI) to compete synchronously against an Avatar that emulates the performance of your rival. In other words, in Versus Avatar mode, Player 2 will be controlled by the AI, and will play in a similar way to the best records that the opponent you have to face (who will be one of the people registered on our page).

- This project has two versions to play, Stepmania Extreme and Stepmania Extreme Custom. The first will be used to play the original DDR Extreme Arcade songs, and the second will be used to play edits made by the Stepmania Extreme Online Project team and other Stepmakers, inspired by difficulties in the new 1-20 scale. In other words, Stepmania Extreme.exe will only recognize Arcade songs, while Stepmania Extreme Custom.exe will only recognize songs from Custom Packs.

- Along with the launch of the Stepmania Extreme Online Project, the first Custom Anime Extreme Magna Pack is also released, which compiles 123 Anime songs with edits in scale 1-20 in all difficulties. This will be the first in a series of packs that are intended to be developed over time.

- Stepmania Extreme Online Project also has an executable called "Actualization.exe", which when double-clicking on the game automatically if there is an update available (for example, a step diagram arrangement, a banner, etc. ).
