Colons do not play ball with sm files.
Additionally TLoM's issue is that StepMania has the ZZ logo as an automatic glyph that displays, and the theme doesn't have the correct logo.

In SM 3.9 (and variants), replace the ":" per another graphic character.

Only 3.9. You must add this graphic character to SM 5.
