RACE TO A BILLION - REBIRTH - ROUND 28 [SIGNUPS WELCOME]

Welcome back. And this time we're actually staying! Who wants to get rich?

The Goal: Be the first player to amass $1,000,000,000 through rounds of head-to-head gameplay.

Wait, how? Each round involves 4 players and a grid of 25 squares. Players pick a square in turn and get what's behind the square, cash or special bonuses/penalties. But there's a catch! At the start of each round, every player puts a bomb under a square. If you hit the bomb, you're out of the round, and lose $250,000. Last one standing (either by running out of squares or by everyone else bombing out) wins a bonus and stays on to the next round. If people pick the same number, the bomb is overwritten (so there CAN be a round with only one bomb.)

If you win the round, you can take your winnings...or gamble the bonus on the mystical Square 99, which can either spell riches...or disaster.

What are the squares? There are a total of 131 normal squares you can select in the game:
- 49 normal cash squares, ranging from -$250,000 to $950,000.


- 17 super cash squares, ranging from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000.


- BOOST squares! They boost everything you earn, cash wins, bonuses and penalties up to a maximum of 400%.


- Minigames. You win the round, you get to play a minigame!


- Event Squares. These aren't cash, but they can either help or hinder you and your rivals. Some are special Game Changers, that can turn the entire game on its head!


- Hidden Squares. Every cash value has a small chance of a secret power up! Force people to take turns for you, being able to turn bombs into cash, and even be able to revive yourself from the dead!

Extra Rules: Every turn you get 24 hours to make a move. If you DON'T move in 24 hours, we waste a square at random and you get a warning. If it's a bomb, you will be eliminated with the standard bomb penalty. Two warnings and you are automatically out of the round! PLEASE try to take note of your round when you're in it.

And that's about it. It's a LOT easier than it looks. Just post in the thread if you want in! First 4 get in the first round. We'll continue through the list until we've done about 4 rounds, then I'll take stock of what we have, and look into potentially splitting the signups into two brackets, to allow more people to play at once!
