From Tapsonic TOP, a game I've been getting quite into lately. I especially like the LENA character and her songs, so I wanted to be the first to step a LENA song and release my simfile of it on ZIv. It's a really underrated but great mobile rhythm game. It has many DJMax songs too.

This one was such a pain to sync but I'm honestly pretty proud of the charts. I've been wanting to make a chart with lots of Air that didn't feel awkward and matched the song's rhythms well without having to sacrifice rhythm to put in extra jumps.

I'll admit I'm laughing at the whole Ain't My Fault thing too, as I did the song back in Summer Contest 2017, albeit a bit forcedly, as I wanted to end my Summer Contest 2017 with the same song that ended Just Dance 2017. So that makes this the second Summer Contest where the song is in.

How's everyone doing so far? Good? Alive? I hope so. Let's move on to week 7's theme then while we await the results. And pardon us as we continue to get a little...experimental here.

See, this time I kinda wanted to take advantage of the "dj" part of my online moniker. I like to attempt the music-making every now and then, and I tend to follow in the footsteps of my favorite electronic artists when it comes to finding the right sounds. Of course, one weird trick many seem to employ is the inclusion of random vocal samples. You know the ones:


Do they really work? Even if not, that doesn't stop people from using 'em. So now it's your turn!

· The main point here is that straight up singing doesn't count! Unless you can prove a sample used is clearly from another song, then person just singing a song they wrote is not the goal here. Tonight we are DJs!
· I'm going to say that song remixes that straight up borrow the original song's entire set of lyrics with different instrumentation aren't allowed either. They'd have to be reeeeally different if so. Mainly aiming for tiny vocal snippets.
· (A good way to tell if a song's vocal sounds were borrowed from somewhere else is if the song's artist/composer isn't credited as doing any vocals, and there's no "feat." or anything attached to it.)
· I guess the easiest way to check if your song works or not would be to ask. As long as that random voice pops in a some point, you should be cleared for takeoff.
