The font you are looking for is DFてがき魔 Std W4 from DynaFonts
Most of the fonts are from there, unfortunately they are commercial font and I don't have those fonts since I haven't upgrade my Dynafont package yet.
Edit: I managed to find a site that can generate a large enough sample by tinkering the URL... Should be big enough to do vector tracing....
If the images are broken, just visit the following pages to download the images

All you need is doing a manual shear to match the slant angle that is used in the banner...

The M and I in "Maximizer" are Resistance is Lowered Font
and the rest of the letters in "Maximizer" are Basica v15
going to search for the font for the letter X in "Maximizer" , but this is what I found so far.
