I have recently been into DanceRush Stardom and have been on a roll. However, I noticed a little glitch in the system that baffled me.
I started playing DRS after SPARK FESTIVAL had ended, which means that I cannot unlock kors k's "Garuda". It was then when I cleared "Don't Stop!!" by Sota Fujimori when I got a notice telling me that "Garuda" was available for unlocking. Confusing, indeed - as SPARK FESTIVAL is over. What confused me the most was that it did not appear in the songwheel at all. Even when I cleared all of its Discount Missions, it remains invisible.
Can someone tell me if there was something I didn't do? (Remember, I first started long after SPARK FESTIVAL ended)

I got the Garuda glitch too and don't remember the conditions.
Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock songs after the event or stamp bonus ends, you'll have to wait until Konami gives us a chance to unlock them again (like with Crazy Shuffle and Kill The Beat.)

The conditions were:
- Clear "Butterfly" with 95 points or more.
- Clear "FLOWER (STARDOM Remix)" with 95 points or more.
- Clear "Gimme a Big Beat" with 95 points or more.

I did all of those things and still don't have the song.
