Hello,
I booted up my recently bought machine and am greeted with an error code that read "5-1509-0000 FOOT PANEL ERROR".
Does anyone know what could possibly be causing this? I am guessing it has something to do with the pads but I have no idea where to start looking to fix the issue. I have disconnected and reconnect the pads many of times and I still get this message. I have looked all over the internet (including the manual it came with) and have found no reference of this error.

Do you at least have an EXT-IO? It should look like this: 
If you do, make sure everything's connected on that.

Yes I have one of those, but it doesn't have a circuit board under it. Everything is plugged in. I unplugged on replugged everything and to boot again. Same error

That happened a lot in my local supernova 1 arcade I played the most
The problem was a false contact with the cables between the pads and the cabinet itself. Since I was only a player there at that moment, the only thing we are allowed to do is to move the cables arround a bit to fix the false contact and reboot until it says OK
