That's because collaboration units (with a few exceptions) seem to be exempted from the rule.
wac must have used this to his advantage in order to dodge any instance of BST in his song artist credits post-November 2017 by frequently doing collabs.
But maybe the higher-ups of the Amusement division will change their mind about the whole label thing someday.

Yep, it's a fun one. Those BPM changes are wacky, as you'd expect from what's essentially Percussive 3. Check it out when you can!

Some old news: they added new charts for four NAKATEK songs a week ago. Water Melon Woman, PULSE, Penguin, and Landmark.
All of them are hybrids between the original charts and the non-keysounded charts they do for the licenses. The notes that were in the original chart are still keysounded, but they added non-keysounded notes that go with the rest of the song.

Two new pop'n time trip sheets will be available on 4/11, both based off pop'n 11. The first revives the URA charts (remember those?) for cat's Scat, Denpasar, 男々道, and 西新宿清掃曲, and the second gives us a new song: Grave Strike / akino (presumably, based on the character being Roki).
