Is this actually Bloomin' Feeling? The melody is the same but it sounds like different instruments.

The title of that video reads 'bloomin' feelingもどき' ('bloomin' feeling mock'), so I guess it's a bootleg version of Bloomin' Feeling.

Wow, am I the only one to think there's serious(here I didn't do the lame joke!) scratching abuse in this song?

I really hope that is the Another and not the Hyper. But since it's only viewing the left side it doesn't show the difficulty during gameplay. It's also difficult to tell when they actually select the song, and the video only allows skipping to the song's loading so the result screen isn't easy to use to tell either.
