How did we go from the awesomeness of EuroMIX2 to the nothingness of SuperNOVA 2 AC?
I'm still one of the rare people who really liked SuperNOVA 1, but to answer your question, Fusion. On that note, where's Drummania V4 EU? They said it was coming out in September. It's gone under the radar. I bet this'll happen with DDRX, too.
Also, DDR ON A FERRY!? Health and safety'll be up in arms.

I bought DSSN2. Seriously.
I guess that puts the cancellation rumors to rest then. Our combos go out to you for your sacrifice.

I found it in a small games shop for £20. I had the money, had nothing else to get (having already bought UNI2 today), so I got it. And, to be honest, if you forget the fact that it's almost a carbon copy of the American version, it's actually not that bad.

i'm just curious, how does the cleared screen behave? do the doors close like the JP CS version or the US CS version?

I have no idea, but I'll guess US. Also, if there's one thing I have noticed, there's often a pretty large gap between finishing the song and getting the clear doors sequence, especially since in SN1, the doors closed really quickly, even cutting the end of the song slightly. Maybe that's in all the SN2s though.

Also, this is the first time since January 2004 that I've bought 2 DDRs in the same day. And also the first time since May I got it by myself. Both the game boxes were pink. As you can probably tell in this stereotypical world in which we live in, every single person in every single shop I went into mentally questioned my sexuality.

In SN2 CSUS, the doors close as soon as you're done stepping the final arrow. A perfect example would be e-motion and Outer Limits, so it's good thatthey fixed it in the EU version

It only does it on a couple songs, the doors seem to close the same as the Japanese version to me...

Mentally questioning in the 'looking down upon' sense, I assure you.

there was some exceptions. like freeway shuffle in SN2 US the doors took a long time before they closed. but what i was trying to ask at in my other post was when it says "CLEARED" do the doors close simultaneously with it or close after the "CLEARED" appears.

Yet, at the same time, OUTER LIMITS takes a long time to start. Wonder if that was fixed in the EU version.

"cold weather season♪"
so are the characters the same as the US version with concent and yuni being the only two new characters or JP version with all four new characters or with only alice and the ninja kid replacing the robot and yuni?

if they added Alice an Julio could of they at least added their alternative costumes? but anyways there are some nice changes they made like how the songs are organized and the character select screen but was it really necessary to delay it a year?

"DINGDONG♥HEARTS"
Dancing Stage SuperNova 2 for PS2 - first look

I've decided to look it up as no one has responded yet. KKiONI's referring to the purple-coded, and green-coded songs I guess.

some songs are in different categories. so far i only spotted Baby's Tears in a different category. but there could be more as there are only two videos on youtube of DS SN2 with only partial songlists

Oh OK, I didn't realized they actually did that Confused... Honestly, I'd like to play the game because it has a good list, and has a better engine than the US one, but it doesn't warrant the amount of time it took to build Dead

From what I can tell:

Purple - all DDR Konami originals, including repeats (including some of those "online" SN1 songs made for normal play on DS SN1...and CRASH!) Also it seems volcano and dream of love were moved here (they shouldn't have been with the yellow group in the first place.)
Green - all BEMANI crossovers including repeats (Nijiiro)

Probably all the differences there.

ALSO FUCK THEY GET CHARACTER SELECT SCREEN.
