Nah, a 4x4 grid wouldn't be that difficult to manage. What would be weird would be how the screen would display a 4x4 grid, with large thick lines to seperate each box.

altered not charts ofcourse. as someone else said, DS only supports one touch point. alter the charts in the same way they did for the beatmania GB series to accommodate for the controller and this would be so awesome.
