Question...
If I was to provide videos to all of the charts not completed over on the DDRUK forums (http://www.ddruk.com/postview.php?post=367398, minus tokyoEVOLVED which I haven't unlocked), are there people here who would be willing to step them to the music which Al has hosted somewhere on here?

Sweet.
So now I just need to figure out how I'm compressing 96 videos down from their total 3.4GB size (yay, uncompressed camera avi!)

If you find a way to compress them, can you tell me how?
I've been having trouble uploading two 96MB videos up on YouTube for Al so he can script the Beginner charts.

Okay, I'm compressing them all down with XviD right now (DivX wouldn't play nice with them). 94 videos in all (I'm not including the videos for THE REASON, since I'm partially done the beginner and basic steps for it myself).

Some easy software built into windows that you can use is the movie maker. Stick the huge AVI file in there as the only object in the video's timeline, then save it as a WMV or something small like that. You can set how big the largest compression size it'll fit the video to is. Obviously, the higher the size, the higher the quality.
If you don't want to use the movie maker, well, there's always the Pirate Bay for video compression tools. XD

I'm using VirtualDub, actually, shrinking them down to about 5 MB each (which will leave a 500Meg or so file to put up on Rapidshare or Megaupload, but meh).
Also, the videos do not have the sample times in them; once the files are done, I'll go through and correct those. I'll also put together all of the DDR HP stuff I already have (songs, banners, existing simfiles) just to keep everything together, as well.

Okay, I had to split the videos + files into two packs. The links to them are above.

Do we have to create the simfiles from scratch or are they already created?

I think there's just vids and the base files (no steps) in them.

The folders have videos in the avi format; it does not include mp3s or basic simfiles for the songs. If you're interested in the mp3s, look around the site; it's somewhere around here.
I noticed that I've worded my question a little weird, so just disregard it. I'll start them from scratch.

The second part of the zip (DDR HP 2) has some of the videos, as well as the banners and mp3s for all of the songs (plus the simfiles for whatever I already had done).
There aren't simfiles for the new stuff, however (whatever there are videos for).
That would be my site (that 404 page is awesome), and I took the lineouts down when Al put out the mp3s from the soundtrack.
As mentioned above, download the DDR HP 2 pack off Megaupload; the mp3s are in that pack.

Just a quick note for anyone working: the videos are labeled as follows:
B - Beginner
L - Light
D - Standard
E - Heavy
Also, if you notice that there are videos missing compared to the available simfiles here, it means that I grabbed them from the DDR:UK but they were never mirrored over here.
