Need Some Harsh/Constructive Criticism for this Simfile

This is one of my first serious, complete simfiles and I plan to upload it here once I'm thoroughly satisfied with it. I need feedback on it because I don't want any pad players to download it and trip over their feet because of any awkward patterns I may not be aware of. The first three difficulties are okay (maybe) but the Expert chart I'm not so sure of. No need to put anything lightly, I can handle it.
