I.E., I got pop'n music 19 simfiles to play several songs, like smooooooch . V . However, when I load up my songs, it doesn't appear. I know its there, I know it has the BMS/BME file, it's just not showing up. I've ran it in japanese locale too, so IDK what's going on.

Put your song folders in a folder, then drag in the folder into the LR2 program.
Or it could be that you're in the wrong menu, press left and right in LR2 to navigate through it.

I've had that issue too. The way I did it is that I basically renamed any folder/file name of the song file to english. The actual name of the file still appears as normal in game, but you'll be able to load it up with no issue.
