Is there a database of Pop'n character graphics?

I'm trying to make graphics for some simfiles, or make new graphics for ones I already have downloaded, but I can't seem to find a solid source for clean rips of the pop'n characters. There's a handful floating around the pop'n wiki's, but I can never find the ones I'm looking for. Is there a source of some kind where I can find all of them?
