How? emulator?

I guess that he is using a PS2 emulator with some UI elements removed and a screen-capturing program. Not sure.

He records a gameplay first using any edit data with blank steps, turn dark and stealth mod on. The raw recorded video is to be imported into any video editing software like Sony Vegas, then cropped the area that contains UI graphics (top and bottom area) while maintaining the output video dimension's aspect ratio.

Yeah pretty much. Rendered using s codec that doesn't cause lag in stepmania, aspect ratio is changed to 16:9, a couple of brightness/contrast and sharpening things too. Everything is set at my laptops max capability so if it goes any higher I think it would probably explode

16:9 videos don't really look good in 4:3 whereas 4:3 videos are ok in any aspect ratios, provided that you just select the appropriate bg stretch/crop options in SM5.

UPDATE: CONCENT Kyo-fU is finally uploaded. my laptop has really not been wanting to cooperate for the past few days of my trip, but here you are. More coming out this week and the Emi 2 (SN) missing vid will be uploaded tomorrow!

AS OF FEB 14th: So i'm always looking for ways to increase the quality of my videos, and should have updated quality from now on in my vids due to my new monitor. Will be shooting out some male/female couple vids for valentine's day so look out for them today because I will not post as I upload them, but there will be a new section called 'doubles' on the main page. Will also redo some vids as well

I saw your videos of Rage and Jenny. IIRC, those moves are dance exhibitions from Dance Floor and Inspiration. Great find! I've been trying to get access to these ever since DDR X came out.

HEY EVERYONE! I'm back! So here's the new list of updates:
All finished characters are now placed into one folder with all costumes in it (Emis 1, 2, 2 (SN), and 3 have all been moved into a folder called 'Emi') to keep available space and to make the thread more easily accessible. Yuni should be released later tonight and possibly Queen Zukin.

All updates will be posted in the UPDATE LOG at the bottom of the main thread with what has been added and when it was added

STATUS is now added to show when i'm going to be doing these if anyone is interested! I hope everyone enjoys!

New Update!

Will soon be making and posting BG vids from DDR HOTTEST PARTY 2, DDR 2010 (Wii) and DDR II.
I am still learning to use the Dolphin emulator and am not sure how to get rid of the screen elements such as the blue arrow lane and the life gauge and such, so if anyone else knows how to, your help would be MUCH appreciated. I am still able to make them regardless.

I am also re-mastering the doubles vids by razorblade (compressing them to Xvid so they're compatible with SM3.9 and 5, adding color and clarifying)

And doing the same with the other DDR II vids I have posted (greatly reduces the size of the videos)

But I am still here to do X and X2 vids (:
