Hi, I've searched everywhere for issues related to mine and couldn't find anything.
I have a secondhand metal pad made by BNSUSA that I've played on for a couple of months with no issues. Every panel works fine, but one jump won't register, and that's the Up and Right arrows.
I'm using a DDR Game control box -> Mayflash Universal Adapter -> PC for Stepmania.
When I bring up the controller properties, every press I make registers fine. Arrows are assigned buttons to make jumps possible, and the POV hat shows the respective diagonals. But when Up and Right are pressed, they cancel each other out as if there are no buttons being pressed.
Is this a wiring issue in the pad or the control box? I can provide pictures if needed.
