Not sure if there is a thread like this. If there is I do apologize and will revert all the attention to that thread. Basically, there has been a whole line of artists that have up and disappeared despite fantastic music being made by them. Rather if they left, if their status is unknown, or if they are still in the staff but haven't created a song in awhile. Keep this to artists that haven't appeared in over 2 years in a Bemani game and this branches out towards commission artists as well.

SLAKE, RAM, Akira Yamaoka, Hirofumi Sasaki, Osamu Kubota and most recently, PRASTIK DANCEFLOOR, should return sometime, at least with one song, like Hiroshi Watanabe and nuovo nude returned for Resorth Anthem and Lincle respectively.

Since you're counting games from 2010...SLAKE did 魔法的新定義 electro mix in pop'n music 20 fantasia.
Akira Yamaoka contributed with Silent Scream in jubeat saucer (though it's a license).
Osamu Kubota did L'eternita in pop'n music 19 TUNE STREET.
I'd like to see Hirofumi Sasaki, Yuichi Tsuchiya, Satoru Nakata, Hiroki Koga and Aya Sakuma back.

It would be good to see some more stuff by RAM again. If I recall correctly, his last IIDX appearance was DJ Troopers.

Sampling Masters MEGA is now working with Nurijoy and the team over there after Technika died. He has a new song in Beatcraft Cyclon:
Reo nagumo(Tiger YAMATO, DJ Nagureo) announced his retirement after distorted, so probably not coming back, kors k announced that Bad Maniacs would be his last song under the Teranoid alias, Pink Pong pretty much disappeared after Empress, who knows where he is, Tomosuke's Zektbach alias has a few new songs in Reflec beat, but they've been exclusive to that game, so who knows when he's coming back to IIDX, Osamu Kubota announced his retirement way back when, his last song for Bemani was avant-guerre from Troopers, so probably not likely, Slake also announced his retirement, Orange Lounge's last new song was break out from Distorted so who knows if that alias is coming back, and as far as the rest, who knows where they went, maybe they'll come back, I don't know.

Don't worry, he's wrong about some things in his post.Reo had a song after DistorteD (HAGOROMO), PINK PONG is currently writing music outside BEMANI (see FLASH CUBE), Tomosuke said in The Sealer that Zektbach's story was almost ending, Osamu had a song in pop'n 19, SLAKE had a song in pop'n 20.
The teranoid alias was indeed retired, and Shizue no longer works with Tomosuke.
Besides obviously Tomosuke, every artist mentioned is a commission artist, so the chances for them to come back depend on the sound director(s) (maybe not for Reo).
