I'm not going to lie, I cheated on this one so to speak.
This was the first time I used Photoshop CS6's new Content Aware Scale. I don't normally use that feature for good reason but they perfected since CS5 so I combined that with another few secret techniques of mine and this is the result. Neat isn't it?

That's ALWAYS the major challenge of doing this. Banners that are too small(and sometimes abstract) with so much detail is a huge pain in the ass to try and recreate however I've been doing this for over 5 years since I've been here and I've learned several things and techniques to help me get around those obstacles. I'm also getting close to my 1000th DDR background and I keep getting better with each one that Konami throws at me.

I'm actually working on it already but I need a cleaner shot of the background video since it has a bigger image on there that I can use otherwise it won't come out accurate.
