Wouldn't get hyped up about that to be honest, they love to add 'hype' text to sound like they are wanting to release it worldwide.
You also forgot this is Gravity Wars, meaning there is a good chance you are going to be visiting 'worlds' and have space battles and shit.

According to polyphonic room, SDVX III now features a card dispenser like pop'n, except it prints cards rather than dispensing them.
Also, charts can zoom in and out now.

Pressing 6 during HS adjustment saves your scroll speed, effectively giving SDVX a green number.
Portions of certain charts will cause the chart to shake when you hit BT buttons.
FAST/SLOW judgment appears on SDVX now; instead of hard failing out, you get shifted to normal gauge.
