I repair Arcade games and I have a DDR machine 5th mix that thows an error when it is powered up.
The error is:
Cassette error 132
Cassette error (1)

The unit has a system 573 in it. I get error every day when it is powered on. It the unit sits powered on for about an hour, and then reboot the game boots normally.

Any suggestions on how to get the cabnet to boot normally every time?
I have read about modless .iso disks that use the original Konami boot ROM (that I have) and no security cassette. But, I can't locate any of the files with google searches.

Approximately nobody asked for this song to be included. Least popular decision by the Japanese since Nintendo released the Wii U.

If you just changed the drive, you might want to make sure the jumper setting is on MASTER. It won't work if it's on Slave or Cable Select. The error could also be caused by a damaged disc.
