DDR Amerimix Pack

This is an idea for a pack I want to make.
First off, it would be much a DDR pack. It would have a variety of songs, including boss songs. The songs will be edited down to 1:20-2:20. Some of the songs would be unlockable. The charts would be much like DDR songs. But the main thing that would be different is that it would use mostly American or English songs. Here's where I need your help. I need you to suggest songs or artists that you think would be good for the pack.

I was thinking maybe we could go a little retro. Take it back to the late '90s or something. Include some nice clubby techno tunes like Boom Boom Dollar or Have You Never Been Mellow or this one hip-hop track I heard one time - I think it was called Get Up 'N Move - or something. Maybe include some fresh new songs too. Give 'em wacky ass titles like AFRONOVA and PARANOiA or some shit. I dunno.
I feel as though this thing could be, like, the 1st mix of a new US console generation.

I think you kind of misunderstood what songs I wanted. I wasn't looking for a patriotic DDR mix, I was looking for one that only had songs made in America or the English language. So it wouldn't include any Japanese songs. But it would include songs popular in america. Also I was looking for songs that sound like they would found in a new version of DDR. So artists that are similar to artists like TAG, Taka, Yoshitaka, Sota F, and Naoki. But the artists would be america if you know anyone like that, I will check them out

It is a good idea to have some retro songs. I was thinking some songs by 2Unlimited, especially Get Ready. It will also have some new songs, and some boss songs. Reply if you have any more ideas. If you want to help me with it, you can.

Best of luck with that. A majority of EDM/Pop artists come from many places outside of America.

The list would probably consist of Katy Perry, Lady GaGa, Steve Aoki (he was born in America right?) The Black Eyed Peas, Michael Jackson, any 80's artist, Kelly (from Youtube), and Weird Al Yankovic.

The name for pack is yet again unfortunate I think. DDR Remastered would suggest that you are remastering some of old Dance Dance Revolution mixes. To be honest it has nothing common with original DDRs. Maybe try to be a little more creative?

I'm sorry not to be picky but that makes it sound like that the songs should be from older DDR games instead like Party Collection or something ^^;

I think with coming up with a fanmade DDR sim pack you may want to go with a theme and find the songs you feel will fit the theme a lot whether it's certain artists, song genres, styles or artists/producers, but I wish you the best of luck on your idea
