Wrong. It is possible, RTCB is an example of a person who got banned, and then un-banned. And it could happen if a person first had -100, and then the rating went up a bit.
Again, this is NOT automated. Only an admin can unban, just because the rating goes above -100 does not mean they will automatically be unbanned.

This guy is saying that "This site sucks!" and says that "Whoever goes to my account will be Banned!" Well, I went to his account and saw what he said and it is really offensive. At least he is banned already, but seeing his posts would probably make everyone go mad.

Incidentally I like how in BMS his biography says "banned from Z-I-v and SM forums" like that's an achievement he ACTUALLY enjoys having.
