Question: Can you step songs that were submitted in the shuffle, but not uploaded as a simfile?

For those who didn't participate then:

At Simfile Shuffle people would submit a song that would randomly be assigned to a contestant to step.
However, not all of the songs were stepped (due to contestants having the option to skip songs, and/or simply missing deadlines).

This list is excluding all the backup songs that were used when contestants chose to veto their songs, meaning they got two replacements in the entire competition if they didn't like the original song they were assigned.

SOMES NOTES
-As for Viva Las Vegas, I love it when you step Aqua keep it up!
-ZZ was pretty damn perfect with the rhythms and patterning! Nothing wrong with the file except for maybe the mild repetitive quality of the song but its Taka so I cant blame you for that.
-Zealot is pretty good but the song got a bit repetitive to a point to where the steps felt as if they were a routine. Nothing wrong with your steps and the effects were nice just be careful with the song choice as it does play into how a chart turns out overall.
-Vindicator, well I had almost stepped this haha but sadly your steps were throwing me off a bit and I was a bit discomforted by some of the patterning. I played it over a few times and the file is good but needs a little more work on patterning and organization.
-Yuukei Yesterday was good but just keep in mind that sometimes less is more. Dont try to accentuate everything with jumps when its not necessary especially with a song like this as it felt overstepped.

Also loving this theme, seriously though why in the world wasn't Simfile Shuffle brought back? It was unbelievably fun and a great contest!

For serious, I am amazed at this concept and would kill to get in on the action.

I keep procrastinating on files. :^/

I submitted this for the 3rd round of the Shuffle, but it was never stepped. I've wanted to step it since, but never really got around to doing that. I'm glad I remembered I submitted this. inb4 i overstepped again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
