I attended DDR Storm XIV in Daytona Beach, Florida this past weekend. It was the biggest rhythm game tournament I'd ever been to. This was on display there.
The fellow who makes the Omega GX dance pads had constructed nine custom pads special for this event. Each pad became one giant arrow panel! You can read more about Omega GX dance pads at: http://www.precisiondancepads.com/
Player: qkumbr
Song: Last Message (heavy/single)
(I'm posting this in the Simulation sub-forum because the setup was running StepMania.)
EDIT: Woo, 100th post here.

Me and three other guys played MAX 300 on this thing.
We passed with a D.
That was one hell of a game, really hope someone uploaded that video or any other videos with this thing in play.

Well I'll be looking forward to this being in the Book of World Records Gamer's Edition 2015.

There wasn't a judge present at the time, so it's more-so just a little 'hey, look at what we can do! Come try this out!' sort of thing, nothing really 'official'.
Yet, to be fair this pad was HUGE. I can't imagine playing something even on Standard on this thing. People (like Matt V. there) actually managed to pass some songs on Expert though, but they had to stretch their legs to such a lentgh that it would probably be better to freestyle it than to actually bracket/step on the arrows.

At the very least they should submit it.

I will eventually submit it for World's Largest Dance Pad. It's in my garage and I will have to get some people to vouch for the measurements for GWR.
As for videos, there are many more videos of this pad in action on our facebook/precisiondancepads page maybe someday I'll upload them to youtube. Thanks everyone for the support, I honestly built this thing and did not even test it or assemble it until the unveiling so I had no idea how to play on it and was happy that it worked and everyone got a kick out of it. It's unlikely we'll attend any more DDR Storm events we are moving West but next time I bring this out I hope to have a second pad for DOUBLES MODE.

I really wanna see someone play MAX 300 on it (or even Valkyrie Dimension Challenge, though I think 4 people would have to be on there at the same time for that to even be possible) XP

Me and three other people played MAX 300 Expert on it during this past DDR Storm.Passed it with a D. It's possible, but as I mentioned above, you need at least 3 or 4 people. Doing some songs by yourself is doable, but anything harder than a 12 might not be possible for just one person.

If you're in SLC with it, I'd be interested in trying it out.
