The arcade you go to should have them behind the counter.

I think you have to create a PASELI account online, though, and then you have to connect it with your Game ID and stuff.

[EDIT]: Also, I think this does belong in the arcade forum. No problem, though.

Really? That's kind of strange.

Have you actually asked them for one? If they don't have them, maybe you can recommend getting some shipped in. Otherwise, I'm not quite sure what to do.

The one at my local arcade does, but I'm not too sure about other locations.

Round 1 locations in America are connected to official e-AMUSE. Unsure if they also have PASELI. Any other machine is probably on something called Programmed World. You can use e-AMUSE cards on Programmed World. Currently, there's no PASELI equivalent on Programmed World. I don't know where you could buy a card. Check with the staff at your arcade, otherwise you might have to order one online.

sorry if I seem stupid, but how are those connected to e-AMUSE? are they konami-ran arcades?

Round 1 is a Japanese company, so they have access to Konami's servers or something like that.

JunkoXXX, didn't you say you were heading to kon's DDR 2014 launch?

he's selling 10 e-amuse cards as a first-come-first-serve basis, they're 10 dollars and will probably be sold out REALLY quickly unless you ask him to reserve one for you

also, if the arcade's DDR machine that you play on does not have a card reader (with a number pad + a card reader) then you cannot connect to e-AMUSE

i'd skip my 8th grade graduation to play DDR 2014

i'm sure you can arrange something with him; to either reserve one for future use, just explain the situation to him and he might understand.

alright; let me see the issue here:

which arcade do you currently go to
what version of DDR is it running?
does it have a card reader?

if it is a newer version of DDR (if it's not R1 then it'll be connected to PW, because DDR 2014 cannot run without e-amuse) then they should most likely have e-amuse cards to use for it.

if your arcade is running DDR 2014, works; and doesn't have e-amuse cards then you need to suggest them to buy some. because almost all arcades with DDR 2014 running in america know what they're doing + know what e-amuse + PW is and what it does.

have you asked the people working at the arcade for a card? DDR X doesn't need e-AMUSE to run the game, all it does is save your stats for future reference.
