Big Grin
Hello! I really need the help of this amazing forum. Ive been playing IIDX for many many years and after finally installing, getting all songs, videos, waiting 3 weeks for a usb adapter for lunitic rave 2, im still having a problem I cant correct. Blushing

The buttons work perfectly, except the turntable, which stays on (in the right direction) I have to random pick a song because the song wheel just runs down. It only stops if I unplug the adapter. Im using IIDX US controller. Ive used 2 different controllers and still the same problem....I can disable the turntable in settings for song play, but i can barely choose a song.

Playing this is my only stress release working 2 jobs lol, so any help to solve this problem would be great!!

Thank you!

p.s its the ps2>usb adapter from playasia.com

Have you tried using Joy2Key? Or are you using it as an actual Joystick? I'm waiting for my USB Adapter i got from Ebay (Yeah, call me cheap) and I'll see if I have the same problem.

From what I gather, using USB adapters with the USKOC can be unpredictable. Some adapters work fine with no issues, others get weird and inconsistent issues. As far as I know, that issue can't be conveniently fixed since it is related to how the adapter handles the controller's signals.

I have a USB adapter ($10 from ebay) and a US KOC as well and mine works perfect. When I first got the adapter my windows 7 wasn't recognizing it at all. Then I realized it had a switch that changed its mode from USB to "dual". That's when it recognized it for some reason and worked. Does your adapter have multiple modes?

I, personally, play 1P side and noticed if I flipped the controller to 2P side some of the buttons were not responding...the turntable was still fine however. Have you tried flipping to other side, maybe it may effect you differently?

If that doesn't work maybe you can mess around with the key mapping in the lr2 menu? I'm just throwing this out there, but maybe try mapping the one turntable direction it keeps scrolling in to do both up and down scrolling/scratch directions and see if it cancels out your scrolling problem so you can scroll the other way.

Maybe there's a driver update online or a CD that came with the adapter? I've never had to use joy2key but I heard it helps for these kind of things. Good luck!

I had a Pelican adapter which did the same thing as yours, it was DOA.

Seems Play Asia has multiple adapters for sale. Which one are you talking about? You should get the Sanwa one, but you have to login to Rakuten and pay with Paypal, international shipping and all that. They're also available on eBay.

Another problem you'll have is not being able to overclock USB ports. 125 Hz sucks (all inputs snapped to 8ms intervals) 250 Hz is ok (4ms) but you can't go to 500 or 1000 with US KOC. Bummer.

You might just be able to return the adapter and get a new one.

What is the adapter you are using? I'm using a USKOC through an old usb adapter that is giving me all sorts of lag in tricoro.
