Astro's Mainstream Pack - ATTEMPT #2

So last time I tried to do a mainstream pack, things... well, they crapped out on me. Technology failed me at the worst of times, and I kinda let some people down, including AeronPeryton, who so graciously created many graphics for me that I didn't end up using (though don't worry, I'm sure i'll use them all someday, see Summer Contest 2014 I guess ).

So now that my tech problems are finally okay again and my life is reaching finals week (as in, I'll be done with school in a couple weeks and i'll actually have a lot of time to work on this), I'm trying again. Because... YOLO. </smack>

I also tried to impose a deadline on myself, which... never ends up working too well. At least, for me. So I won't be doing that this time.
