I already find the second level with the giant eggs to be quite hard to pass. :/

I take back what I just said, I was able to pass it no problem. I'm getting the hang of this game. Nice colorful graphics, and awesome sound. Using an Xbox 360 controller.

"Well then..."
Played it on my laptop but will give it a go on my gaming rig (Win 8 & Ubuntu) when I get back to sunny Manchester next week.

Win 8.1 64-bit, i5-4200M, 8GB RAM, GeForce GT 740M.
Started the game from Big Picture mode, playing with wired Xbox360 controller.
Played at 1600x900.

First two levels, played on Normal mode with Gina.

Wow that was a lot harder and more frantic than I was expecting it to be (it's 8:15am here in Japan and I need more coffee).

Graphics are smooth with no skipping or slowdown.
Not sure if the music is supposed to be tightly in-sync with the bar at the top but it wasn't 100%. Maybe my years of playing DDR/IIDX have made me too picky though.

An option to sync (unless there is one and I just haven't found it) would be nice.

My initial thoughts are that it seems like a fun and challenging game so far. Another minor complaint is that I haven't found the music so far to be very interesting, but I think that's personal preference more than anything. Hopefully there'll be different-sounding tracks further into the game, so yes that's just my opinion.
