Oh boy, finally I'm at enough progress to make this thread.
It took me 1 year and 3 months to actually make this thread, holy crap.
It's supposed to start sooner, so the first release will have a dozen songs instead (old songs though, sorry).

Bottom left looks like that Sayonara Heaven remix from SDVX. After that I don't have a clue for the other 3.

For me, the bottom left looks like the DDR 2nd MIX HD Jackets, and the art seems like the background to Kung Fu Fighting...a remix maybe? My guess is the top left and bottom right are original images, so no hope on those, while the top right I have no clue on.

Is the top left one the JAKAZiD remix of Forever Sunshine?

Top right could be Eye of the Tiger but that's a long shot.

The measure 50 of both the stepchart and the song kinda match. The "greeniness" of the jacket is also a giveaway
