Since the main Pokémon thread has a lot of X/Y related stuff in it, I wanted to create this thread so that you could bring up any interesting fun facts you know about the Pokémon franchise.
I'll start:
• According to the in-game Pokédex, Dunsparce, Salamence, and Manectric are the same height. (4'11")
• Most of the 151 original Pokémon had different English names in the Red and Blue English prototype. Examples include Lapras being called Ness, Clefable being called Ariala, and Tentacruel being called Man O War.

Sometimes PokeDex doesn't make a clear distinction between height and length (especially for serpentine Pokemon) so yeah.
Also Lapras is supposed to be called Laplace in English but... localization problems and it became Lapras (since both became ラプラス in Japanese).
