Well, normally the leader in that department is Lord Toon, who cleans up the banners and removes the titles, replacing them with text matching the original, but with the username.
Now, he has a clean banner archive, and one of the earlier ones he did was the song I believe you want, so you're in luck. The font used in the original was very easy to reproduce, so I decided to take it on for you. Hope you like it!
