While DDR will always be special to me because it was the first of the BEMANI Series I played, my favorite is REFLECBEAT mainly for the great song lists & gameplay IMO.

As of this point...Until I hear news of a new console DDR game, I'm gonna stick with Reflec Beat Plus.

I think I'm gonna go with IIDX. All things considered, I like this the best.
Jubeat comes in close 2nd, the only thing keeping it from being the best is the fact that it heavily relies on memorization.

I can't decide anymore on which is my favourite game from the selection because of two things.
1. I love all of those that I have played.
2. Haven't played them all yet to even come any bit closer to a decision.

They constantly go back and forth between favorite and second favorite, but as of this posting Jubeat and Reflec Beat are currently tied.
After that I've played DDR/Pop'n/Beatmania/Gitadora to death, so I guess they all tie for last.
I'm 100% sure SVX would be my favorite if I had access to it.

1. IIDX
2. DDR
3. Pop'n
I can only say what my favorites are based on music/gameplay, cause I live in NYC and have little access to anything outside DDR.

You know you can get Jubeat & Reflecbeat from the App Store on iOS. Just type either Jukebeat or Reflecbeat+ on the App Store if you have an iPod/iPhone/iPad.

I only have an iPod, so (for me) the screen isnt really big enough for me to play those games properly. Still love the gameplay and music though.

I've played an extensive amount BEMANI games through the years. Been to arcades in Asia as well as North America and have over 30+ BEMANI games for consoles, all Japanese, no US versions.
Least to favorite-
DanceManiax- You can hurt yourself bad playing this game if you aren't careful. The soundtrack had too many songs or remixes found on DDR but hey it had an original TAKA and SLAKE song before DDR ever got one. The gameplay got stale quick.
DDR- for years this series was the least paid attention to by Konami in terms of quality IMO. We all know its been successfully integrated back into BEMANI standards and I firmly believe that is because the game is once again, only meant for the Japanese market. I only played this game seriously for three years max, retired since.
Keyboardmania- The more that the game has gotten older, the more its songlist gets weirder and weirder. I'll admit it, I'm not good at all with this game. It's too hard, which reflects its really short run.
Mambo A GoGo- Not many can claim that they have played this game. Again, pretty shallow game that only lasted one mix before fading off to obscurity.
Dance Evolution- Again, the music is great. Not the simon says gameplay of this one.
beatmania/III- the first four beatmania games IMO have pretty bad soundtracks this day and age. 5thMIX was the first true quality game and thankfully it got better and better. CORE REMIX, CLUB MIX, good times. Then the III sub series came with the much better graphics and foot play lol! beatmania III is a very special game to me, I love every new song introduced in that game.
Guitar Freaks/drummania- I really love the music in these games. Especially the more jazzy sophisticated songs. It does rank low to me because of how sparse console versions are. But let me tell you, the times that I spent with the machines were great times. Even with the Korean versions.
pop'n music- Just like 5 key beatmania, the older the game, the crappier the music. I was creeped out by the 70s American vibe of the old games and the music had more misses IMO. As the game got more versions, it got better.
beatmania IIDX- The fact that this is the only series left that is still getting a numbered installment is a statement to its longevity and Konami's commitment to the most polished and flagship BEMANI title. The only thing that keeps IIDX from being my favorite is its expiration of console releases.
REFLEC BEAT- Its ranked so high to me because its home version is an actual port in terms of how you play the game. The music is consistently awesome and I love the gameplay. Can't wait for the Limelight update for RB plus.
jubeat- My jubeat plus has a song list that is bigger than saucer on its current form of song removals. I played the original game back when I took a trip to Taiwan a few years ago. It was so trippy I tell you, the colors the patterns, very hypnotizing. I've seen videos of people making their own jubeat machines and I really admire their work. This is my favorite BEMANI series to date. So easy to get into and most players who get into can get pretty high up the game.

Dee Dee Arr. I need it in my life to get me to moooove. DanceEvolution is fun and it was an AMAZING concept at launch, but whenever I see videos on YouTube it seems to be dominated by liscenses and existing dance covers. Does this game have any exclusive songs? It's fun, but almost not its own game, I dunno. :x DDR you can sight read but DE is more memorization, so if I'm lazy, I can zone out more in DDR.
Also played GF/DM (mostly DM), Pop'n, and IIDX. They're too stationary and not stylin' enough. :P

Of course DDR otherwise I wouldn't have gotten into the Bemani series in the first place. Though since I have discovered the beatmania IIDX series, I think it has better music. So gameplay wise, I like DDR better, but music wise, I like the IIDX series better.

I have 3: DDR, beatmania (5-key/IIDX/III), and pop'n music.
I thought I'd like IIDX the most but I am starting to prefer pop'n.

My favorites are probably beatmania IIDX, Dance Dance Revolution, and SOUND VOLTEX. Then again, those are the ones I've been playing the most of through simulators (along with some pop'n music), and I barely pay any attention to the others most of the time.

My favorite is definitely DDR. It's the first BEMANI game I played and the one I am best at. I also like IIDX but I find it less fun because I suck at it (more). SOUND VOLTEX would probably be my favorite if I could actually play it somehow.

I first started by playing Jubeat, and must say it stood at the top for a very long time.
Though, right now, it's more on the bottom of my favorite ranking, thanks to the Copious fail (the remove system killed my motivation), and the fact that this game can hardly get any harder (I could still polish my skills, but going for EXC on level 10 isn't doable right now with my low-motivation - see Copious)
As of now, my favorite would alternate between Reflec Beat and IIDX, with an advantage to the first one thanks to its frequent updates, keeping the game really fresh (Colette has been a really great game imo). Voltex and pop'n rank pretty high as well, even if I'm still a beginner at the last one
