Tapmania is uncompatible for my cell phone lol. well, BEATS is the unique aplication that works in my case :c

I have no idea what BEATS is, but TapMania is your best bet.

I'm just wondering how to add songs on TapMania. I downloaded the app before, but I didn't know how to add songs although it clearly said on the instructions. I also thought that the website for the game is down and no longer available. Is there a way to put custom songs WITHOUT jailbreaking your iOS device?

There is a way to transfer songs, you need to use both your iDevice and a cimputer to link and share wirelessly the website it provides to you. From there you pick a .DWI file, drag it into the box, and it should upload. Although some of the simfiles I have uploaded (from Zenius's DDR X2 Offificial AC Sims) seem to be offsync on the program. Even though the app allows you to fix the sync manually, I still feel the simfile a little out of beat at times. I haven't really touched the game in a while to bother with it some more.

I have BEATS for Android and there are timing issues for OGG songs (could just be my phone though). And any song with an .SM file and .MP3 or .OGG will work. And gameplay-wise, BEATS seems rather limited compared to SM. Every song, regardless of BPM seems to be scrolling at some C-mod (the speed options are 1.00x, 1.25x, 1.50x, etc.). There are no BPM scroll changes (speedup or slowdown), stops, Mines, or Rolls to speak of. But it does have Hands for some odd reason.
I don't know about iOS, but for Droid users, BEATS is better than nothing.

There is also a PSP emulator called "ppsspp" for Android. They can play PSP Revolution.

Tapmania has recently updated, It works for me.
Tapmania does get off-sync though. It has stops, Mines,Hands and all that. But it does not support OGG files. Which sucks because ZIV simfiles are in OGG format. I add songs through IFUNBOX since i am jailbroken.

Speaking about BEATS, tap notes are missing from top to bottom hold heads.
