Yes, I did hear, but no. It set the record in jubeat plus, in saucer it received new charts with less notes.

I dont know if this has already been answered, but if you want "pop 'n' rhythm" you need to create another apple account with the Japanese region. When it asks for a credit card put the option "None". Then you can just fill out the rest. Hope I helped!

I think this game is a good game! You need to know basic Japanese to understand rules and dialogue, but some of it is in English. It is a fairly simple game but a review of notes:

-simple red, yellow, blue, green, and white you just tap where the 2 meet
-any of those colors with the same colored line attached to it is a hold.
-the thing that looks like a star with a number must be tapped as much as the number shows
-any of those listed colors that look like a star must be tapped with 2 fingers



This only comes with 3 songs and you have the option to buy more (I think only in yen).

OK, that last post isn't really that useful. The note tutorials, overview of the interface, and other things are all covered by the official site or this thread already. Plus, most everyone observing this thread has the game already and/or knows how it all works. What would be useful is either Japanese translations or assets, neither of which you provide. Sorry, but at least I can tell you tried.

First of all, Engraved Mark is unlocked by downloading the LATEST JAPANESE versions of Jubeat Plus, Reflec Beat Plus, GITADORA and pop'n rhythmin.


Second, there's a new song that you can unlock if you open the game every day for 30 days in a row.


Also, figured I'd write a guide for Treasure Mode since I've just unlocked everything. Treasure Mode is like a board game. You roll a number from 1 to 7 using the button on the top left corner. Each roll takes away the same amount of Treasure Points (this is determined by the map that you are in). In order to earn Treasure Points, you have to play songs. The more you play a certain chart, the less Treasure Points you will earn. It starts at 100, then gradually decreases to 20. You can earn bonus Treasure Points by getting FCs, Perfects and higher grades.


There are currently 5 zones, each containing 3 maps. Each map has a total of 6 presents which can give parts of the unlockable song/wallpaper for that zone. Get all the presents in all 3 maps and you'll unlock a new song and wallpaper. Completing a map will either give you additional Treasure Points or Character Cards. Completing a map will also unlock the next map/zone. Now, it's not as simple as you think, because there are obstacles everywhere. Let's go over these:

Happy red man - if you land on this space, you get moved forward a certain number of spaces. The number of spaces you move is different for each instance of this.

Sad blue man - if you land on this space, you get moved back a certain number of spaces, kinda like what I described above.

Traps - these are coloured skulls. If you land on these, you get disabled in some way. There are 4 types of traps, red, blue, green and yellow, each of which have specific attacks. Red ones will either increase the amount of points required for moving, stop you from moving for a certain number of turns or prevent you from changing characters. Blue traps will either restrict the amount of spaces you can move or stop you from using your character's skill. Green traps will either darken the whole screen except for your character or will teleport you to a random area on the map. Yellow traps will either reverse your current direction or (something else). The attack and its degree is different in each instance of the trap.

Blue triangle sign - these stop you in your tracks, even if you're in the middle of moving 7 spaces or something like that.

Friendship symbol - I have no idea what this does.

Coloured stars - these will teleport you to the corresponding star of the same colour.

Blue roads - you will move in the direction these are pointing, you can move backwards along these roads using a character skill.

Red roads - same as blue roads except you cannot move backwards in any case.


Sounds hard? It actually isn't once you master the art of using character abilities to your advantage. Using the button at the bottom of the Treasure Mode screen, you can change your character. In order to collect a new character, you need to earn Character Cards. These can also be earned from purchasing song packs in the store. You need 5 Character Cards for each unlockable character. If you have the required Character Cards, enter the character menu and tap on the button at the bottom to unlock a new, random character. Each character has its own skill. You can activate these skills by tapping on your character, however, these require additional Treasure Points. Here is a list of characters and their abilities:

Mimi - Increase friendship degree (30 Treasure Points to activate) ???
Nyami - Invite other players to the map (30 Treasure Points to activate) ???
NAKAJI - Move in reverse (70 Treasure Points to activate and deactivate)
Goku-Sotsu-Kun - Triple the numbers on the roulette (50 Treasure Points to activate and deactivate)
六 - Move exactly 6 spaces (100 Treasure Points to activate)
Yuli - Move exactly 1 space (100 Treasure Points to activate)
Mr.KK - Disable green traps (30 Treasure Points to activate)
SYO - Move exactly 4 spaces (100 Treasure Points to activate)
Timer - Move in reverse (70 Treasure Points to activate and deactivate)
JACK - Disable red traps (30 Treasure Points to activate)
Reo★kun - Disable green traps (30 Treasure Points to activate)
小次郎 - Teleport back to the last crossroad that you were on (50 Treasure Points to activate)
Roly-Pony - Double the numbers on the roulette (50 Treasure Points to activate)
Moffy - Disable yellow traps (30 Treasure Points to activate)
STAR☆NYAN - Teleport back to the start of the map (50 Treasure Points to activate)
Genes - Double the numbers on the roulette (50 Treasure Points to activate)
pop・con - Disable yellow traps (30 Treasure Points to activate)
Yima - Move exactly 7 spaces (100 Treasure Points to activate)
Minit's - Move exactly 3 spaces (100 Treasure Points to activate)
Poet - Move exactly 5 spaces (100 Treasure Points to activate) ???

Really thanks for the Treasure Mode guide! Now I understand why I got some character cards while finishing some old courses...
By the way, the Friendship Symbol space is only active when you're online. One of the registered friends (if there are any) will appear on this space, giving out the player Treasure Points when landing.

Wow, I do? The only songs I'm been practicing on recently are Kodomo Live and Les Vague. I guess those arrive when you play online and one of your friends has the song in its game... maybe?

(not that I'm of your league so far- my fingers still keep derping me on some 9 Ex challenges, go figure touching Murakumo or other hi-tier thingies xD)

btw, I dont know how to get the song Engraved Mark.
I've installed the latest version of GITADORA, REFLEC BEAT plus, jubeat plus, and pop'n rhythmin.
But I still cant find where to get this song,

Have you tried opening the app while being connected to Internet? For me the game had to run an app check during the startup, and then the song appeared by itself in the song selction menu (rhather than having to manually download it like in the other 3 Bemani apps)
