I accidentally screwed up something on SM5 alpha, and I deleted it by accident. Now I can no longer play SM5, since only the beta is available, which is incompatible with my MAC. Does anybody out there have a copy of SM5 alpha on their computer, NOT SM5 BETA?

Edit:
What do you like in A1 than the latest version (B2)?

Just the fact that it's compatible with a MAC like mine, which I bought back in 2009, which could mean that the newest version of SM5 could be too advanced for my MAC.

I have a friend who still uses a PC bought in 2007 with no device upgraded and can run SM5 B2. His OS is Windows XP SP3. Pentium 4.

That's a Windows, I have a MAC. And besides, I tried both of the betas just now, it won't work on my MAC, since the arrow icon shown has an anti sign in front of it, and clicking it will display a message:
"You cannot use this version of the application StepMania with this version of Mac OS X.
I redownloaded SM5 alpha, and started fresh, but the game still remembers the screwed up button configurations from before. It's still unplayable, because I accidentally pressed Enter to be the Left button, when I was trying to configure SM5 for my Cobalt Flux pad, which may not even be MAC compatible either. I want to revert SM5 alpha to it's default button configurations, but I don't know hot to. I can't play SM5 anymore no matter what I'm trying.

I don't know where to find that. (Searching for the file on my computer isn't bringing up any results either)

Hi NuVirus. We spoke about this problem in another thread here on Z-i-V.
At that time I had attempted to compile a version of SM5b2a for you that should have run on your old version of Mac OS (if I'm recalling correctly, you are running 10.5.x). You never responded to me whether or not it worked for you, however. Did you download it? If you need the url again, it is here: http://personal.psu.edu/djg270/danceGames/sm5/StepMania-v5.0-beta-2a-mac.dmg
Can you please download the version I've linked to above, see if it runs on your Mac, AND respond here as to whether it works or not? If not, I'll try changing some build settings again.

I found ~/Library/Preferences/ but there was no StepMania 5 folder...

I downloaded it, but the anti sign still shows up in front of the StepMania 5 icon. Maybe you should change something in it SMB5b2a would make it the same as SMB5a1 as far as being compatible on Mac 10.5.8 , emphasis on 5.8.
EDIT: I fixed the problem on SM5. I used the Enter button on the # keypad to bypass the problem, and fix the key configurations. Thanks for trying to help anyways.
