how's everyone's event going so far? My friend and I are not even bothering to trying to catch up to our rivals, too far ahead



Next section started, Nu Era is 5 tickets for all difficulties, no idea if its a bug or Capcom being generous this time round.
Edit: Only reason why Nu Era is 5 ticket is for all diffs is cause its a Random festival song.

My opponents were inactive accounts, but both I and my teammate made it to Top 100 anyway.
We want to ensure to get the reward song, in case that 2nd round opponents are too tough.

Apparently, my 2nd round opponents are not really active since they have no recent event's reward songs.

Eventy has been really calm for me and my teammate (tatsuyax) so far. First section's rival don't even try to achieve a single point on score, and one of them had +1000RP. Section 2 is almost the same, but one of the rivals is currently getting some points, but I don't think that should be a problem. I hope we can get that 2nd win and the prize.

Last time I checked my personal ranking I saw Pugkung around 114th place. Give it your best!!!

And the rest? How is everyone else doing so far?

PD: ggsnipes already noticed it, but I must remark that Nu Era costing 5 tickets on all difficulties seems a bit... odd (specially since it was a bit tiring for me to get Nu Heat's Master Chart a couple of hours before section 2 started. Just saying...

Nu Era is only unlockable via Random Matsuri. It would be unfair to make it 7 tickets for a song so few people have.

They had done this with other songs like Grand Arc and Another Chance in past events too.

They did the same 5 ticket thing the last times they put an old RSF exclusive in an event. But since you can only get the 1.5x bonus if you play it on your partner's share song it's not really worth playing very often (unless your partner has it unlocked).

Frgmnts is not mentioned in this random event, maybe it is going to be either login bonus or next event reward.

Also, there is a login bonus during the new years day (1-4 Jan). 15 premium tickets and 2000 LPs.
But, as it's written that bonus can be received "every day", i'm not sure that if I log in everyday I can actually get 60 tickets or just get only 15 tickets for once.

Well, I didn't get 残響のアカーシャ but it sounded pretty bad so I don't particularly care. I'm gonna need one of my friends to unlock and share it though.

The game doesn't load, even when I have an internet connection. I resetted my iPad & internet by turning them off & on, CROSSxBEATS still doesn't load.

After my 20th ticket loss from crashing, I might as well start calling this game CROSSdressFEATS.

Sounds like a personal problem.

New Year Special Login has begun. Now you can get 15 premium tickets and 2000 LE today. But i'm not sure if this bonus is for each day until January 4th (3rd in my location). Correct me if i'm wrong.

I just dropped about 70 RP points...

I have a sneaking suspicion they quietly lowered the yellow Unlock Challenge rate for the Random Select Festival this time. I've only found 3 people reporting the number of tickets/attempts they spent to get AKATSUKI, and the lowest ticket count of the three was "just under 3000". The other two said "about 3200" and "about 3760 (with a list of how many tickets he spent in each previous RSF". It's only three data points, but in previous RSFs the average was around 1500.

The other oddity is that in the last three RSFs, there were disproportionate numbers of people reporting unusually low or high counts, including my own <20 attempts for Break down (2nd edition) last time. Quite a few peole reported either <500 or >5000 tickets spent.

Edit: One more report coming in at a whopping 6700 tickets spent.

I'm suspecting they decreased the yellow Unlock Challenge rate as well. Usually I can get a couple of them on my usual Random Unlock Festival sprees, however in this last one I was only able to get one.
Actually, it seems like they may have decreased the rates across the board as I noticed a significant decrease in my green Unlock Challenge rate as well, although that may just be because of a decrease in the number of One-Chance Unlock songs I have to get.

At least I got Break Your World out of this Random Unlock Festival. It's one of the songs I've been dieing to get since I picked up the game.

Well I've picked up 2 yellow unlocks this time so far after only spending about 250 tickets, whereas last RSF I spent over 800 tickets and got nothing, so who knows...

Haven't gotten anything so far, though I haven't spent any money on premium tickets this time around. So I'm not expecting anything from this festival unless the 15 ticket gift happens for all the days.
