Managed to get one one chance unlock ULC, this was probably after 4-5 RSFs, I'm taking a guess and thinking its cause I had premium tickets to spare. Got 最後の1ページ on hard, time to unlock Master in spare time

Seems like reports of people getting Garnet Howl are way down from previous RSFs but older songs like Cross+Angel have gotten a significant boost in drop rate. I suspect they changed the New Music ULC drop rate so that newer songs are rarer and older songs are more common.

Edit: Aside from one really lucky player who got a Garnet Howl ULC in about 80 tickets, other reports seem to place the drop rate for both Garnet Howl and YUKARI ULCs closer to 0.1%, such as this guy who spent at least 4622 tickets to get YUKARI last time -- if the drop rate was actually 0.3%, there's a 93.8% chance he would've gotten it earlier. There was at least one person who spent around 6000 tickets to get YUKARI, and at least one such report this time around too. Even if I include なおてえ's 80-ticket win, the average is still about 4200 tickets for a ULC, which would mean a drop rate of 0.12%. I suspect they've sneakily reverted the 2.5x drop rate boost they originally announced in the 2nd RSF.

I can't seem to get into the game. After I touch the screen on the title screen, the game stays stuck on the loading screen. I resetted the game several times, but it brought me nowhere. It's been this way for hours.

EDIT: My iPad can't connect to the internet, even though it says that there is internet. I can't access anything that requires internet anymore, despite my device saying that there's internet.

Hmm, I got YUKARI fairly quickly on the first day of RSF. Spent maybe 30 or 40 tickets.
Looks like I was REALLY lucky to get that!
Nothing new after that though...

Headphone Tokyo event comes up in a few days. You can obtain two songs from the event, and the 800 best players get the Headphone Tokyo game skin.

Songs used for the event are:

- エアリアル
- Binary Overdrive

Yep, as hinted at earlier, Headphone-Tokyo** event starts 12/2.

Both prize songs are off Headphone-Tokyo**'s new album, multiple tentative:

BRAND NEW / Headphone-Tokyo** feat.カヒーナ - 1200000 Cumulative points
(カヒーナ is the vocalist of one of the score songs, エアリアル)

イルミナレガロ / Headphone-Tokyo** feat.MiLO - 300000 Cumulative points
(Likewise, MiLO is a member of フラット3rd)

Not too excited about this event. Break down (2nd Edition) sounds great though!

And the 3rd and 4th bullet points for the anniversary news are yet to be announced.

イルミナレガロ seems really catchy for me.

Good thing both songs can be obtained just with sub-event, and regarding that Headphone-Tokyo** game skin... it just doesn't amaze me at all.

Anniversary's 3rd point has already been announced: Friend Packs. As you know my japanese is really basic, but apparently the players can get packs with additional friend slots via CxB's Store.
However, there seems to be a problem right now, since I tried to access the store just to watch the app freezes and then crashed. Some players reported on Lobi that they were having issues to access the store in a similar way.

Just one more surprise for the 1st Anniversary. (My hopes still scream: "surprise song").

Before the 3 songs for the Headphone-Tokyo event were added to Collection mode to make it 124, 121 was the only unrevealed song left. So... a surprise song may be very likely.

121... That makes me think this mysterious song could be given on December 1st maybe? (12-1). It's just one day before the Anniversary after all.

Oh no, I didn't plan for this. I thought it was next week! I'll have a lineout for Break down 2nd Edition ready early next morning probably.

Interestingly enough, it sounds like if it were cut from a long version of Break down. Same arrangement mostly, but different lyrics.

Also: the 4th bulletin will be revealed tomorrow night.

An unfair 64... that almost random final part is for a near 70.

2nd Edition?? More like an extended edition... Not a single new instrument nor rhythm.

Also, Tatsuya's words are right; the last 5-10 seconds are far beyond than just a lv. 64.

I s'd it on sightread, so I personally don't have a problem with the ending.

The ending's not too difficult if you put it on high speed +1.5
Makes it pretty easy to read

Break down (2nd edition) at least doesn't have a god awful garbage chart like the original.

Also last of the 4 1st anniversary specials is up.

It looks like next week's login bonuses will be different, awarding upto a total of 50 premium tickets!

Right now tha game is INCREDIBLY slow plus when I wanted to see the News, I only could get an empty board.
