Time to update the roster.


this is just a prediction roster that I've cooked up. THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL ROSTER!

Forgot to mention that the characters in the blue squares are confirmed for the official roster. Red squares are Veteran Characters the might have a possibility of coming back, total predictions, and the green squares are the Newcomers, again total prediction.

Sonic featuring Shadow and Mighty...but not Tails or Knuckles instead? Confused.
Megaman is most likely not to have X-series characters. You're more likely to see Breakman, not Sigma.
It's more likely you could place Samus, Pit, Olimar, and Villager together in one column than make 4 columns for them. Very unlikely to get more characters emerge from those games.
Where is Jigglypuff? That guy will be an eternal character...will be in every Smash Bros game.

I'm kinda debating who I would think of getting that 4th slot for Sonic, so Tails and Knuckles will still have a chance in my book. The reason for Mighty is obvious. Shadow is also obvious, then again Shadow would be more perfect for an Alternate Costume for Sonic and so is Metal Sonic.

As for the Mega Man series. I might replace Sigma, still debating about it. I honestly think that X, Vollnut and EXE would be Alternate Costumes for Mega Man.

You're probably right Aegis, I might consider putting Samus, Pit, Olimar and Villager into one slot so it be more condensed. However for now I'm going to leave as is till the next reveal.

Guess like a lot of people called it for Diddy Kong to make a return.

I took Aegis' suggestion and condensed the roster. As you'll note I've dropped Shadow and Sigma, Shadow would be more suited as an Alternate Costume for Sonic. As for Sigma, maybe no one from the X series would be represented, the exception is Zero as he is built by Dr. Wily. So now that has left me with two open slots to contend with and still have to come up with one more character for the Kirby and Star Fox series.

I've noticed that the veterans, lately, have been announced to coincide with a release of a game in their series, and since Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze is out today, this comes as no surprise. I won't be surprised if Yoshi gets announced next month near or on the release date of Yoshi's New Island.

Ok I've updated the predicted roster list.



So if I watched that vid correctly both Sheik and Zero Suit Samus are individual playable characters, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Also interesting is that Pokemon Trainer is replaced by Charizard and Greninja ( both separate playable characters). Damn the roster program needs to be updated to include Greninja. Scratch that I just updated the roster program and Greninja is listed so I'll post another update much later. Roster list is now fixed.

My reaction shot to Mega Man's Final Smash....



I was expecting the Hyper Adapter Mega Man from MVsC 1 & 2. However I'm totally hyped about it. Mega Man X, Volnutt, EXE, Star Force, Zero and ZX all represent with Mega Man to fire one hell of a charged Mega Buster. That is going to be so epic.

Still the most unrealistic roster.

well its still a WIP and I haven't thought of anything to add or to change (well except for anything that becomes official from Nintendo). Right now I'm changing up the order for fun.

I'm sure you're probably making that roster just for fun, but seriously...there is a 99% chance that Roll, Zero, Tails, and Mighty will not be playable. I just wonder what it will take for people to realize that multiple third-party characters will not be added to the roster, despite Masahiro Sakurai clearly stating that he is not adding them in willy-nilly.

Yes, NEMESetup, this is just for fun and I know that the probability of some of those characters are just unlikely. They are just filler till we get more info on any possible upcoming returning/newcomers, we do have E3 to look forward to before the Summer Release of the 3DS version. I agree it would take quite a lot for people to realize that.

The chances of Chrom getting in the game now have fallen off a cliff. Glad to see that Ike is coming back, he was my 2nd main in Brawl (Behind Mr. Game & Watch). He looks like a flat out beast in this game.
